Terms of Service
About the Art
• Artist will provide screen shots of the work in progress, please ask for revisions by then as the maximum amount is 3.
• Regular turn-around-time is 2–4 weeks for big arts (illustrations) and 12 days minimum for small arts (chibi, pixels).
• You can ask the artist to draw a specific type of art not listed in the portfolio. Noshi is always up for new things but it may take longer than the regular turn-around-time.
• Rush art: ✓ Please order 10 days before the deadline. Depending on the complexity, I may or may not accept the commission.Payment
• Mode of Payment: Gcash / PayPal / via VGen
• Upfront or half payment must be settled around the time I begin the sketch.Cancelations
• Cancelation by artist will result in full refund.
• Cancelation (during sketch/before colouring) by client will result in 60% refund.
• Cancelation (during colour/before near completion) by client will result in 15% refund.
• Cancelation (nearing completion) by client will not result in any refund.Usage
• Commercial art will include a 70% additional fee.
• Uncommercialized art is okay to feature on streams and on your personal profile.
• Please ask for permission if you want to sell my art during conventions and other events.

• I do not accept NSFW commissions.
• Terms of Service here may differ from the terms of service on VGen.
• Please be polite, any form of disrespect may get the commission canceled.
• NEVER feed my works to ANY AI chatbot, image, and/or video generator, nor reselling as NFT.
• I ask that clients would be straightforward when in discussion.
• I have a right to refuse for any reason.
